The Visiting Nurse Management Company serves a variety of clientele throughout Florida. We work closely with our clients to guide them through the community management processes, from the design phase to day-to-day operations. Below are four types of clients we encounter most often, and the services they might require assistance with. This list is not exhaustive, meaning some of our clients may not fall under one of these four categories.
Owner/Investor Seeking Funding
This type of client is one seeking funding for their future assisted living community. Banks typically require a few things before giving communities the green light to start development. We help clients understand what their bank may require, what the county or city may require, plus other helpful tips for building a new community.
Owner/Investor in Development Phase
An owner/investor in this phase of the process may have already received funding for their community, but requires assistance with community development. The VNMC has experience in all stages of the construction process, and we understand firsthand that the earlier in this process a client brings us on, the better.
Owner/Investor Seeking Improvement
In this phase of the management process, the client’s community is up and running. However, there may be room for progress and this might require expertise beyond what the owner/investor has to offer. The VNMC would then step in and create a plan of action to address any areas needing improvement.
